Modern Engineering & Construction LLC is a construction consulting and labor supply firm — not a licensed contractor. We were founded in 2025 by industry veterans who understand what property owners and contractors actually need: unbiased guidance, competitive bids, and reliable people on the ground.

We build competitive bid packages for licensed trades, supply W-2 insured laborers to contractors and property owners, and provide independent consulting to GCs across Florida. Every project tracked through Projex.
